three fields: consulting,
training and
editing.
JEAN-LUC
LETHEULE was already working in consulting and training before the creation
of his company. They actually remain the principal activities of his
business.
The editing part is more recent; it started
in 1996 in order to give the professionals access to the tools which will
help them to manage the situations of change.
The
team is made of a workforce of four people and a network of several
partners.
Each activity is solidly orientated around
the concept of decision engineering®, which objective is to offer a
model for assisting and piloting any situation of change:
The projects, indeed, whatever is their specificity, are
always influenced by the same logics.
JEAN-LUC LETHEULE
has searched for their common points, located them and gathered them into
several kinds of techniques, methodologies and tools useful when one wants
to set up a project and to control its evolution.
